Finca de 40 hectáreas compuesta de viñedos y bodega situada en Arcicóllar (Toledo) que elabora tintos, blancos y rosados de uvas propias de cultivo completamente ecológico. Los viñedos se componen de 9 variedades diferentes Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo y Garnacha como variedades tintas y Moscatel de grano menudo y Viognier como variedades blancas.
Siendo el primer año de elaboración de vino tinto y rosado, la marca “9 cotas rosado” ha obtenido un “Bacchus de Plata 2006” y un “Baco de Plata 2006”.
Además el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación lo ha seleccionado como uno de los vinos representativos que se servirá en los los almuerzos del XXIX Congreso Mundial de la Viña y el Vino y 4ª Asamblea General de la Organizacion Internacional de la Viña y el Vino (O.I.V) que se celebrará recientemente en España.
El objetivo de la empresa es elaborar vinos de pago de muy alta calidad y carácter propio gracias al terruño donde se cultivan los viñedos.

Finca Los Alijares is a 40 hectare estate located in Arcicollar in the province of Toledo near Madrid. We elaborate organic white, rosé and red wines with grapes that come directly from our 100 % organic vinyards.
Nine different varieties of grapes grow in the estate: Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Garnache for the red and Moscatel and Viognier of white grapes.
Within our first year of elaboration our brand "9 Cotas" was awarded the Silver Bachus 2006 and the Silver Baco 2006.
Our aim is to elaborate high quality "pago" (artisan) wines full of character given by the land where they grow.
